eMerge is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. eMerge collects information from our users at several different points on our website. This information is used to follow up with your inquiry, alert you to future content that may be of interest and allow us to create new content that is most relevant to you.

Information Collection & Use by Our Customers

You may be asked to provide certain personal information to our customers in connection with their use of our products and services, such as when you respond to a survey or register for an event. If you choose to provide personal information to one of our customers, you should review the individual privacy policy of that customer. eMerge is not responsible for the privacy practices of our customers.

eMerge never knowingly collects personal information from children. Our terms of use require that eMerge subscribers must be at least 18 years of age. Sessions

eMerge uses memory resident cookies (not persistent) on our website to maintain browser session integrity. No personal information is gathered and it is not stored on your hard drive. When you exit our site, the session terminates.

Choice / Opt-Out

eMerge users always have the opportunity to opt-out or change preferences via a link in the footer of all non-transactional email messages.
